Happy/sad day
Happy birthday to me :)
Today is a happy day but also a sad day for me. My grandpa has passed away in China at last night's time here. It's sad but I am okay. Because I know my grandpa finally get to be with my grandma again. And he had my aunts and uncles with him at his last moments here, he was gone peacefully. I will miss you, grandpa, RIP.

Weekend
hahaha Soooooooooooooooooooo I finally cleaned up my place a little bit this weekend. Per request, I am going to show you the before and after... lol
So... Yeah I have been pretty darn lazy lately. I should start getting back to blog again. So let see what I did this weekend.. hmmmmm
Let's start from Friday night. Got home from work, I was going to head down to the mall and get a couple things from Nordstrom, since they are having their little anniversary sale. I have found a couple things there the week earlier, but I didn't get them lol (my motto is, if they sold the item out, that means that item is not meant to be with me. Or something like that :p) lol but anyhow, so on Friday afternoon, I called them, and wanted to do an inventory check before I go. (well, I also did the check online first lol, cause you can set it to pick up at store.) Anyway, it took me like 4 calls to finally get a person to answer and check for me. But both items were sold out at the mall that I was going to go. So... I was not very happy. lol But anyway, so my uncle called me later the day, and asked me if I want to go walk around on Saturday. I said why not? So we went.
Same schedule as usual, went over to my uncle's place around 12:15. My great aunt made me breakfast that day. So we ate, then head to ... yap, Costco. lol ALWAYSsssssssssssssssss. hahah Berry smoothie again. Just love it!!! Got my watch at that trip finally. haha I have been looking at it for ummmm couple months now? AND they still have not sold it out, that means it destiny to be with me. lol (or just no one wants it............... (>.<'') anyhow, I like that watch. (you will see it on the pic below. hehe) I was gonna get another pair of CK jeans there. They are not normal blue jeans, they are bit different. I had bought a pair of black ones from them before. But now, they have them on sale again for only 10 bucks!!! How can I not? But I ended up didn't get it, cause the stupid thing is not updated or they have it wrong at the sign or w/e... They wanted 15 bucks for them. lol So I gave up :p That's all for our Costco trip of the day. lol
Then we head over to Bellevue mall after that. Yap, usual places. Macy's first. Got one sleep wear t-shirt and a CK short sleeve shirt. It's a WHITE one... hahaha My uncle got a sleep shirt from there as well. That's about all we got from Macy's that day. lol SOoooooooooo not much stuff. :p Next stop, Nordstrom. Since I have called to check on Friday, I was only going to get Acqua Di Gio from there. BUT when I get there, I found the Light Blue there too!!!!! That person lied to me?? lol I donno... But since they have it there again, that means I have to get it too!! rite?! lol So ya, I walked out from there with two things. Yap, I did not get the jacket NOR the shoes... hahah So proud of myself :D LOL
I really blown a lot of money away this weekend.... lol Part of it is for a little reward for myself. Another is to thank the help from my family. hehe So on Sunday, took the kids and grandma and great aunt out to lunch. We went to have Pho first. While we were there, my uncle and aunt happened to came to the same place too lol When I go pick my great aunt up, they were not up yet. So we got done earlier and left before they are done. I picked up their check as well. lol Cause usually my uncle buys me alllllll the time. Anyhow, we went shopping after that. We went to Costco got some groceries, then went to Target got some undies and bike helmet for the kids. That's about all the shopping we did today lol
Later the day, I took the whole family out to The Old Spaghetti factory for dinner. It was fun. That place is pretty nice. That's about it....... lol

Fill in the Blank Friday
haha alright, I will do the Fill in the Blank Friday today. lol Totally don't feel like working at all today. I think not many people around today neither. Don't think they were expecting lots around neither lol Cause the cafeteria is on limited service today too. hehe
So July has started, totally failed my diet gold for the second quarter... Yeah... failed. lol I will try to get it done this quarter!!!
1. The best news I ever received was: hmmm... maybe when I got the job? I donno haha My life is pretty plain most of the times. But getting the job definary one of the good news. Hate job hunting, and hate being asked if have jobs already blabhalhbhalbh etc etc etc. I really don't like compared with others on what jobs they have, but that's what parents and relatives do at times. I guess they were not at bad intentions, but those talks just not very nice hahaha and can and will put pressure on their kids. Well, I guess I would be like that if I am a parent as well.... But well, try to not over do it :p LOL (got side tracked... )
2. Something I'm looking forward to is: this weekend? lol Johnny and bunch of his friends are coming up here for the long weekend. I think it will be pretty fun. They are gonna stay Saturday night and leave Sunday night I believe. I will try to blog about the weekend... If I am not too lazy. LOL
3. Something I would never do: smoking. (have to steal it from Diana too hahaha) Well, I was gonna say I can't stand it... But when we go to the casino, there are quite a bit of smoke there... so I can't say that lol But I would totally avoid it if I can. They can make me cough when I walk by at the street already. But yeah, no smoking!
4. If I could choose someone to be my life coach (famous or not, life or dead) I'd choose: hmmmmm no clue. LOL Don't know enough people to make that choice. hahaha Side track for a bit, so I have been reading many posts on the Chinese Twitter Ripoff site lately. One of them are all about blood type and stuff. Apparently, I do not care anything that doesn't have much to do with me. So maybe it's true for me? (ummm does that even make sense? lol)
5. If I had to put a label on my style it would be: um donno much about styling. I will try that once I have lost some fat.... haha
6. One should always: respect others? Probably have to be build on mutual respect. I meant if someone keep flicking booger at you, you don't have to respect it as much, don't you think? :) Well, I meant, I still respect that guy, I am not like a total ass or whatever, I just get angry at some stupid questions at time. Stupid questions, and I really meant it!
7. I want to: lose weight. Yes, I am too fat. Totally need to work on that. LOL
Okay, just about to submit the post, did spelling check, is it ect or etc??!?!?! I like never know what exactly that one is. But it showed ect highlighted, so I changed it to etc... hahaha

Weekend Recap
Whoa, Monday you are here again already. Such sneaky... But at least it was pretty nice out when I drive to work. So it's not too bad. lol
Let see what I did this last weekend. hmmmmm Looks like my weekend was spent shopping again... Gawd, I should probably stop buying stuff.
Saturday
Woke up ummm around 9-ish. Went up stair check on the kids around 11 and see what they want to eat. lol And they wanted pizza, so I went to Costco and got a whole pizza for them. And gawd, Costco is always ALWAYS so busy. Where the heck are all these people from? lol And there are like zillion Costco around here too. (I went to like 3 different ones this weekend......................... LOL YES, THREE!!!!) So picked my great aunt up on the way back from Costco. I got her a new slot machine game. haha It's so crazy. She's like learning how to use the computer for that sole purpose. My aunt was like, "and you said you electronics are so hard to learn blah blah, but not when it comes to gamble." lol This one is the second one I thiefed online. The first one was not very good. I didn't like it much. But this second one is nice. It's a lot closer to the ones we find in the restaurant. lol So she played it pretty much all day the time she was over at Saturday I think. lol
My uncle called me probably an hour after we got home. He was like, "want to go shopping? Let's go to the Bellevue mall." I was like, "are you looking to get something?" "donno. Why stay home? Let's go walk around." "Okay" "I am heading over now." LOL So he picked me up. We went get some pho first. (cause we saw like a freaking huge traffic jam on I-5. So we had to change the route... and just went to eat pho first lol)
We went to the Costco over at Issaquah first. (second Costco of the weekend... LOL) He likes to get coffee from Costco. So pretty much that's all we got from there. All the way over there. HAHAHA Well, we did walked around the store for awhile. He saw a Catier watch... Freaking $5,600 or something like that. Appearently one of his friend is wanting one or something. So he's checking it out for him. Crazy peeps. Anyhow, I got a berry smoothie from there. Gawd, I just never tied of it lol So we ended up didn't getting anything from there.
Headed back to the Bellevue mall after there. Two main stores we hit. (The two stores he loves the most lol Macy and Nordstrom) He's like pretty weird, he would drove all the way to a mall and would just like two check out a couple stores. LOL I would not be able to do that. I would just like walk around it till maybe my legs are dead. hahah So anyway, Macy's first. I got a hooded shirt from it. Yeah... seems like I am the ones been finding clothes the last couple weeks... haha It's a pretty cool hooded shirt though. Gotta wear it sometime :) Then we went over to Nordstrom... And gawd, that's where my money blew at this last weekend. LOL I got a Northface jacket... I was like totally not planning on it. But we HAD to find one there and it's on sale... Donno if it's luck or not hahahah I helped my uncle (this is the one I staying with) got one from Moosejaw last week. It was a dark blue one. For $81 bucks with the discount and all. They are so weird. They would like have any colors on sale BUT not the black one. Normally I don't think it matters as much for the color. But gawd, the black northface ones just never go on sale. They are still like $165 at moosejaw. Black and gray ones I think. Like every single one out there in the US is wearing one... The one that kinda wanted to get was the softshell ones. I like it how you can wear them in the rain and all. But nope, that's not the one I got. haha
So anyway, back to Nordstrom. We were walking around and found the section that they had the northfaces at. (yap, we were there last week... lol) So we were looking through it. And I was like, "Oh there's a size L here." (He was looking to help a friend to get one.) All they had last week was XL ones. So I tried it on. And gawd, it felt so big. LOL I guess they run a bit larger than the normal L or something. He was like, "yeah, it's bit big on you. That other dude's is a size smaller or something." There was another guy there trying on another one next to us. LOL He tried it on and went to check it out on the mirror and such. We were just like standing there, waiting and hoping he will put it back. hahhahaha It's pretty funny. Cause the other guy was like talking to his gf about it. Don't really know what they are talking about, but doesn't seem like he will be taking it. There's hope... hahahaha Anyway, so he put it back on to the rack. My uncle went and got it. Size M :O What a rare find. LOL Seriously though... They like never had smaller sizes on sale. He had been checking on them like all the time, all they had are oversized ones. He wasn't even able to find size L ones. But today, two smaller sizes. Pretty crazy luck. lol Anyhow, the size M fitted just fine on me. (crazy huh? I has been getting clothes with size M lately. Does that mean my diet is working out alright? hehehe I had gone from getting clothes XL to M...) Even though the jacket fitted well, but the price still a bit above what I would normally spend on. haha It's still $110!!!! So I was thinking about if I should get it or not. My uncle was like, "are you crazy? What are you still thinking about for? You should like totally get it. It's like super hard to find black ones for that much." So yap, couple weeks of no casino, I can get it. hahaha So we walked out there with two Northface jackets, and another $110 out of my pocket. That was how my Saturday ended. lol
So there came Sunday. Another day of shopping. Yap another day. This time, destination, Seattle Premium Outlet mall. Went over to my great aunts around 12. Helped her installed the slot machine games hahaha on the laptop that she's using and my uncle's desktop. We went to have lunch, then head up north after that. Before we get to the outlet. That's where the third Costco I hit this weekend. LOL Yap, they stopped for coffee again. hahaha I didn't get berry smoothie this time, I got the latte smoothie. It was pretty alright. I think I will stick with the berry next time though. haha Cause I don't want the coffee to stain my teeth :p) So we walked around there. More money spent there for me again... So on Saturday, we saw a pair of jeans over at the other Costco, I almost bought. But I didn't get it cause my uncle didn't find the size he needed as well. And I didn't feel like waiting in line for that one thing. lol So I held off getting it on Saturday. But on this one, he found his size, and dang, they have my size too... So what can I do? I got a pair too. lol So I walked out there with a pair of jeans and a doze of addidas socks. That I was going to get like 3 weeks ago. But I accidently got the wrong size. So I had to return those ones. And they had them at this Costco as well. So I picked them up also. Third Costco trip ended. haha
So onward to the outlet. We went to Eddie first. They found a vest for my great aunt. $15 bucks. It's pretty good for it. So I picked up one for my grandma as well. Then we saw a jacket it's pretty nice, so we picked it up for my aunt. Then I got one more vest for my mom. LOL So I can use the 15% off $75 or more purchase. (the one for my grandmas is too small though... So will have to go back and do some exchanges this coming weekend. Hopefully I don't find ANYTHING on sale for myself :p lol) So we looked around a couple more stores, that was it. My uncle was like, time to go. I was like, LOL "but we just got here...." LOL He drove for 40 minutes? over here for like two stores. hahahah So crazy. But I did went to the ones I want to check out though haha

I think I will stick with the berry next time though. haha Cause I don't want the coffee to stain my teeth :p) So we walked around there. More money spent there for me again... So on Saturday, we saw a pair of jeans over at the other Costco, I almost bought. But I didn't get it cause my uncle didn't find the size he needed as well. And I didn't feel like waiting in line for that one thing. lol So I held off getting it on Saturday. But on this one, he found his size, and dang, they have my size too... So what can I do? I got a pair too. lol So I walked out there with a pair of jeans and a doze of addidas socks. That I was going to get like 3 weeks ago. But I accidently got the wrong size. So I had to return those ones. And they had them at this Costco as well. So I picked them up also. Third Costco trip ended. haha
So onward to the outlet. We went to Eddie first. They found a vest for my great aunt. $15 bucks. It's pretty good for it. So I picked up one for my grandma as well. Then we saw a jacket it's pretty nice, so we picked it up for my aunt. Then I got one more vest for my mom. LOL So I can use the 15% off $75 or more purchase. (the one for my grandmas is too small though... So will have to go back and do some exchanges this coming weekend. Hopefully I don't find ANYTHING on sale for myself :p lol) So we looked around a couple more stores, that was it. My uncle was like, time to go. I was like, LOL "but we just got here...." LOL He drove for 40 minutes? over here for like two stores. hahahah So crazy. But I did went to the ones I want to check out though haha
Anyway, on the way back, we stopped at Northgate mall. LOL ANOTEHR mall. Same old same old, Macy and Nordstrom we went. lol Again... I walked out with something.... It's a casual shirt. Soooooooooooooo yeahhhhhhhh That's all it went down this weekend. Not too much, rite?!!?

Weekend
: sigh : It's Monday already. lol Weekend is never too long.
Let see what I did this weekend. ummmm Not too happy to see the scale earlier before bath... LOL Need to work on it more... (one thing I hate about weekend so much!!)
Omg, I was so tired on Friday night for some reason. I was sitting in front my computer and was falling asleep around 9? And then got up around 5 lol Then went back to sleep... till like 10. So much sleep. hehe
So Saturday, let see. ummm... Finally made the brownies hahaha It turned out pretty good. I loved it!! (not too well on my diet though lol) So I went with the Apple sauce instead of the oil as Diana suggested. It turned out great. I think it's the same as with oil... (probably... LOL I had made it like twice so far back in the school days, can't really recall that well...) But it was pretty good with the apple sauce. The brownie that I got was with some caramel on top. I totally forgot to spread them though LOL So it was only like 4 huge lines across haha
So Saturday continues. Went to Old Spaghetti Factory, with uncle, aunt and great aunt. First time there. That place was pretty nice. Kinda interesting seatings though. There's like a cart? or whatever that called in the middle of the restaurant lol Then we went over to Nordstrom Rack for a "walk" lol I have been to that place like 3 times? or something last week. It's like crazy. It was pretty fun. They kept finding me expensive clothes to try on. There was this Burberry coat. It was pretty nice, but totally expensive. lol They kept telling me that I should like get it LOL I should like take a pic of it next time or something. (but that would be so weird. hahaha cause I was trying it on outside, not in the fitting room... people would totally look at me weird if I were to take a pic there, i think...)
So here comes Sunday. Went over to my uncle's house round noon. They are taking me out to lunch again. haha so much food... We went to this Chinese restaurant and had some lunch. Some as in a huge lunch... Then we went over to the Chinese grocery store. After that, we went to Costco. They wanted coffee from there. I had a berry smoothie there too. Love it. I was looking at jewelries with my great aunt. Her and my other aunt wants to get a diamond ring. So we were just checking them out and the such for a while. I probably buy my mom a necklace this year too. Maybe for her birthday. Will see. hehe
So after Costco, we went over to the Bellevue mall. LOL yes, more shopping!!! Well, not necessary shopping, just to look around and the such. hahahah Gotta have some walk to lose those lunches.. you know. lol We went to check out some suits for me. Cause I have a wedding to go to in Sep or so I think, in San Jose. And I don't really like the old one I have... Bought that one in China during our last visit. It felt very heavy and all. So we went checked out some at Macy while we were there. Actually found some pretty nice. Of course, I didn't end up buying them yet. lol Let see how much weight I can lose before than!!!

Wednesday
Yesterday's brain dump wasn't too bad. They are very supportive. So I don't think it will be too bad. =) One more session to go today between 3 and 4 though. Hopefully that will go smoothly as well.
The work starts on this Friday. My manager is going to show me how to do them properly and all. Pretty excited about it.
so.... I felt like super mean or something just a bit ago. But am I really? hahaha you to judge!!
My manager was in the lab and talking to me what kind of things that we can start doing on Friday. So Mr. nose picker, who has been looking over at my shoulder the whole time like yesterday or days before. Well, actually, I am going back a little, let's go back to yesterday. haha... So we had the meeting between 2 and 3. I got back to the lab around 3:10 or so. Mr. nose guy was passed out... (maybe I should have let my manager walked in the front? evul??!??!? haha) So I kinda woke him up when I close by. Guess what? He stole my chair again!!! freaking ahole... It bugs the heck out of me... (well, I already rent about it, so I am not going to do it again now :p)
Anyway, so manager talked to me some stuff, did a little recap about the meeting, showed me a couple things on the computer. After he left, Mr. nose guy was like...
N: where have you been?
M: Meeting
================(continuing on Thursday now... cause he got back yesterday while I was writing, so I had to stop lol anyhow)
N: You should have told me. I was looking for you.
M: ........
N: Are you going to do some deployment stuff? (keep eyeing over at my screen mails.....)
M: Yeah
N: You should teach me new things too.
M: .... (almost laughed...) I just started learning too... I don't know how to teach you.
N: oh, I think I should learn too.
M: ...
That was on Tuesday. So yes, Wednesday... He said that again (kinda) to my manager as well.
(crap what did he started saying.... hmmmm I think we had a request about Betaprep, so my manager and I was talking about it. And Mr. Nose guy kept like bugging into kinda. He thought he has to deal with every single work items that we have or something. So we told him, that's not in your work queue. We will take care of it etc etc...)

N: yes
C: you interested in that too?
N: yes. I think I should learn it too, in case Michael goes on vacation or something, I can help.

(My manager did not say anything to that at all... I turned my head away and had to stop myself being so rude to laugh at his face.... I meant if you have read the previous rants that I had about him. You could maybe tell why I wanted to laugh.... From the two meetings that I went to, there were like soooo much infos. I really don't think Mr. Nose guy will be able to take in 1/4? of it. Or what not. He still doesn't even know how to expand a drive partition, for crying out loud. Well, I am not trying to say I am a better person than him or whatever. But he is really dumb. (yap I said it and I meant it :p LOL) I have a work item in queue yesterday, I am going to let him work on it today. This is something that I had showed him 3 times? or something already. So let see how well this one goes.
Oh another thing, so my manager was here and looking at a debugging tool yesterday. So he asked Mr. Nose guy to set it up on another machine.
C: Oh, there's a request to set it up on another machine too. Can you set it up?
N: Yes. I go create a ticket for it?
C: No... There's already a request for it. Have you done it before?
N: No. I have not. (then he look at me...) I will probably need Michael's help.
C: Okay.

So my manager left, and Mr. Nose Guy asked me how to set it up. I gave him the instructions that I wrote down when my manager first showed me. And believe me, it's a step by step by FKEN step instruction. He looked at it and started ...
N: Where is Perfmon? How do I run it?
M: ..................................... You run it at Start...
N: Oh. (opens Perfmon) Where's this (item1)?
M: (okay, all these was happening while I was monitoring another thing, trying to debug an issue) Look around. It's there on the UI
N: I can't find it. Can you find it?
M: (starting to get to me already....) No, it should be there, just look for it.
N: I can't find it. Can you show me once? I will do it after. (YEAH FKKING RIGHT, since WHEN could you do anything after the first time I show you.....)

N: Oh. (He just sat there and look at my screen... and not look for the stupid (item1) I was like.. wtf.... So I looked at my screen, and that thing is just like one thing below the first thing there... all you had to do is click on the fking + to expand it....so I showed it to him..)

N: oh thanks. (then he goes on following the steps, to the last step where you have to click Add) Where is Add? I can't find it.
M: ......... What Add? Look around for it. It should be there.
N: No, it's not here. I can't find it at all.

N: Yes.
M: (wtf... I actually haven't done it after the first time that my manager showed me. So I wasn't 100% sure where that add button is off the top of my head as well. But if it's in my instruction, it will be there.)
N: Can you show me? (he just moved away from his computer and tried to ask me to work on his computer)
M: ........... (so I followed the instruction and tried it on my computer... step by step... and the fking add is right there on the last screen of the instruction...) It's here...............

Like wtf???!? You can't even follow a step by step instruction and you want to start doing deployment that involves like I don't even know how many things. From the Tuesday meeting, that part alone will involve like 20+ files for setting ups. And you will have to do some in order, other wise it will break the deployment and the such. That's why I laughed...
So yeah... Let see how it goes with the machine rebuild today. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

Exciting week ahead
It's almost Monday. It's almost here...
I am so excited about the new week, but also nervous about it. I am going to start training Monday or a day after that. It's for something that I have not done before. I am bit nervous about it. But my manager said he will help me with it, so I am a bit less worrying about it haha. But still though, I think he sees and thinks a lot for me, so I don't want to disappoint him. Gotta work hard... So new week, new challenge, I am ready for ya. :)

GAWD please help that Sears Chick
Oh my gawd!!! That Sears chick is piece of #!$#$!!!
So woke up this morning, was going to put on those shirts that I got last weekend from Sears... picked it up... "What's this sound I am hearing?" It was like something dangling on the sleeves... Took a look... That stupid chick forgot to take those security thingys off!!! On both of my shirts!! Piece of %!^$%#$ I thought those will make the thing go off if you don't have them off.... But I guess appearently not. Now, I have no shirt to wear AND have to go back to Sears this weekend or something and get them off. Cause it says on those things, "Attempt to break this will result in the ink break" or some crap like that. Jeez!!!!!!!!!!!!! So mad!! I hope they don't think I stole these when I go in... It will be funny if they do... Better go find my receipt when I go home today...
On top of that, got a mail at work today with information about the tolling on i-520. That's totally bull! Well, I don't have to use that bridge like... ever, cause it's not on my route. Thank god!!! They are tolling $3.50 each way from 7 am to 9am. Then other rates during the other times... That's totally insane. That bridge only have like two lanes. And pretty much traffic jam every single day. And they are going to toll the people for that much to build a new one or something. Feel sorry for those who has to use it... (but on the other hand... also thanks to that, they are not taking out it on tax...) Oh well, I don't know... But I really think this might f up the route I am using. I take the other bridge to work i-90. (There are like only 2 bridges to cross the lake lol) I guess they are not overly close, so people might still not change their routes to waste the gas... Since gas is so expensive nowadays too.... But what's even more mess up is like... they are charging people to get the sticker for the electronic tolling too!!! It's like another 5 bucks for that piece of $%$@#!!!
Oh, so if you don't have the account, they are still going to get you. They have cams to take pics of the license plate. And it will mail to your car registration address with another $1.50 added. So don't ever use that bridge if you around here!!! lol
Oh what's so funny is like.. on the email that I got from work. This is what it said, "Electronic tolling equipment will be installed on overhead gantries at the east high-rise of the SR-520 Bridge and will read your Good to Go! pass or scan your license plate as you travel at normal highway speeds. " hahahah Interesting, eh? Too bad that bridge is always jamming... otherwise, you can maybe try ta like... you know... speed out of it HAHAHAHA (but then again, it's probably not worth it if you get caught speeding .....)

haha Was going to update it on Monday, but got little spaced over.... So let see if I can still remember what I did over the weekend...
So... I didn't end up making the brownies yet! lol But I did get the unsweeten apple sauce with Diana's recommandation though. I am going to be like not get fat!!!! hahahah So I went pick my great aunt up on Saturday. I take her to shop and then come over to our place to cook and hang out on Saturdays usually. We went to the Asian store first, cause she wanted to make some "bao"? Or w/e they called in English. lol It's like a little steam bread with meat inside. We bought some grounded pork, shrimp and nappa for the fillings. (we use the exact samething for wanton and dumplins. hahah THEY are like SUPER good!!! hehe) I was trying to find the apple sauce over there as well, but as I thought, they don't carry it or something. So we stopped by Safeway on the way home.
Picked up quite a few things at Safeway as well. haha bought a little 8x8 pan for the brownies; the apple sauce (but omg, they didn't have like Motto unsweeten ones! So I got some O unsweeten ones lol That's like the only unsweeten ones they have. So weird.) So I was so ready to make the brownies and all. But then when we were walking around the bakery, saw a cake.... hahah It looks like very good. So we picked that up... hahah Brownie will be this weekend!!!! Oh also picked some cream cheese up too . Probably not that healthy... but the strawberry ones are sooooo good! They were like buy one get one free (@2.65 normal). I got one of the Chiave? Chieve? and onion. I tried that one, it was pretty good too. :)
haha anyhow, those little "bao" thingys turned out to be pretty hardcore.. LOL It was my great aunt's first go at it. The bread was bit too hard. I had some of them, but only ate the bottom part and the inside LOL It will be better next time. :)
That was Saturday. Let see on Sunday. hmmmm I went to Costco and the mall. I haven't been out to the mall for awhile now. A friend is taking a new job over at a new building. So I went and got him a card and some packaging stuff for the random junks that I picked up the weekend earlier. lol I got him a card from halmart? or what does that place call? They like sell all the cards and little thingys. I was having fun reading some of the cards. They are so fun. I think I spent like 30 minutes or something over there lol. So much free time haha
I went to Sears first. Cause I wanted to go see if there any shoes for the twins. The pairs they have now are a bit tight. So I went there and see if they have bigger ones and all. I found them pairs of Ironman lights up ones. But the size is kinda crappy. They like don't have many sizes of them at all. I was hoping they have a size bigger than the one I bought them, but that lady was like. "oh no, that's all we have." Suckie.. and omg, that chick is like so small... hahaha She's like at around my check only I think.... Made me felt HUGE.
Sears had a coupond for 10 bucks off 50 and 20 bucks off 75 over the weekend. So, the shoes were total at 40. So I walked around the store to see if anything that I want to pick up as well. Ended up, picking up two long sleve shirts, two sweaters and a bag for grooming stuffs? or w/e they are called. Went back to the shoes department to pay, cause I left the shoes there with them. Her2: (looked over the coupond and was like) oh it does say that. So weird. You should do this balbhabh (to Her) But it will need to void the whole thing and redo everything

Me: (What kind of fking question is that????) Yeah... It's like a 20 bucks coupond...

Anyhow, so it took her another two tries or something. She still couldn't get it to work. So they called another dude to help. And that dude couldn't get it to work neither. So another chick stopped by. So it was okay after a long while. But yeah, do you want to take 20 bucks off? Are you sure you don't want to pay more????
After Sears, walked around the mall some mall. Got a couple wind-up toys at this one place. They are like a buck a piece. Got 7 actually hahaha. Out of all those.. The fking one that I didn't check it doesn't work. Maybe I should take it back LOL
That's about it for the weekend. It was a bit more fun than the week earlier hahaha Such blank life :)
So... I didn't end up making the brownies yet! lol But I did get the unsweeten apple sauce with Diana's recommandation though. I am going to be like not get fat!!!! hahahah So I went pick my great aunt up on Saturday. I take her to shop and then come over to our place to cook and hang out on Saturdays usually. We went to the Asian store first, cause she wanted to make some "bao"? Or w/e they called in English. lol It's like a little steam bread with meat inside. We bought some grounded pork, shrimp and nappa for the fillings. (we use the exact samething for wanton and dumplins. hahah THEY are like SUPER good!!! hehe) I was trying to find the apple sauce over there as well, but as I thought, they don't carry it or something. So we stopped by Safeway on the way home.
Picked up quite a few things at Safeway as well. haha bought a little 8x8 pan for the brownies; the apple sauce (but omg, they didn't have like Motto unsweeten ones! So I got some O unsweeten ones lol That's like the only unsweeten ones they have. So weird.) So I was so ready to make the brownies and all. But then when we were walking around the bakery, saw a cake.... hahah It looks like very good. So we picked that up... hahah Brownie will be this weekend!!!! Oh also picked some cream cheese up too . Probably not that healthy... but the strawberry ones are sooooo good! They were like buy one get one free (@2.65 normal). I got one of the Chiave? Chieve? and onion. I tried that one, it was pretty good too. :)
haha anyhow, those little "bao" thingys turned out to be pretty hardcore.. LOL It was my great aunt's first go at it. The bread was bit too hard. I had some of them, but only ate the bottom part and the inside LOL It will be better next time. :)
That was Saturday. Let see on Sunday. hmmmm I went to Costco and the mall. I haven't been out to the mall for awhile now. A friend is taking a new job over at a new building. So I went and got him a card and some packaging stuff for the random junks that I picked up the weekend earlier. lol I got him a card from halmart? or what does that place call? They like sell all the cards and little thingys. I was having fun reading some of the cards. They are so fun. I think I spent like 30 minutes or something over there lol. So much free time haha
I went to Sears first. Cause I wanted to go see if there any shoes for the twins. The pairs they have now are a bit tight. So I went there and see if they have bigger ones and all. I found them pairs of Ironman lights up ones. But the size is kinda crappy. They like don't have many sizes of them at all. I was hoping they have a size bigger than the one I bought them, but that lady was like. "oh no, that's all we have." Suckie.. and omg, that chick is like so small... hahaha She's like at around my check only I think.... Made me felt HUGE.
Sears had a coupond for 10 bucks off 50 and 20 bucks off 75 over the weekend. So, the shoes were total at 40. So I walked around the store to see if anything that I want to pick up as well. Ended up, picking up two long sleve shirts, two sweaters and a bag for grooming stuffs? or w/e they are called. Went back to the shoes department to pay, cause I left the shoes there with them. Friday
woot woot, TGIF. Weekend is almost here. So glad it's Friday already. I had a very long day yesterday. Not sure if it was the result of me having too much sleep the night before or not. hahah
It was the second day of my patching days. The tool I uses was giving me crap all day. My scheduled time usually gets done with them at 2. But NOooot yesterday, I didn't get all of them done till like 4:15. Freaking lame. I was busy through out the whole day. But on top of that, Mr. Nose guy kept bugging me yesterday. I pretty much went off on him. lol I felt kinda bad afterward. Keep to control my rage. wooooooosaaaaaaaa wooooooosaaaaaaa haha Anyhow, I am not going to go into that today. I will leave it for another long ranting post on that. lol
Gawd, just starting to set up 5 virtual machines. 5 different OS lol how very fun. :)
Hmmm donno what I am going to do this weekend yet. (just like every weekend. LOL) Oh I think I am going to make some brownies. lol I bought a box last week. Gonna make some for the little kiddies at home and see if they like it or not. I have been wanting to make some for a long time. But my grandma and aunt, they are like... "Go ahead and make them" I will be like, "are you going to eat them?" "Not really. We probably will eat like a tiny piece." "........" I don't want to eat all of it myself. It will like make me fat!!! I am like always gain some weight back during weekends. One thing I don't really like about it. hahaha

Crazy people...
Got a request yesterday for a new virtual machine. She asked for 8GB of RAM and 500GB of hard drive spaces. That's sh!t ton of hard drive spaces for a VM usually. So I messaged her and asked what she's going to use it for, and see if she can lower the hard drive requirement.
Me: What are you going to use the machine for? Do you need all 500GB space? Is it possible to lower that?
Her: I am going to use it for xxx. At min I need 500GB.
Me: Oh okay, let me check with my manager.
lol Normally, we don't give out machines with that much spaces unless it's really needed. I usually check with my manager if he's okay with it, then I will go with it. So I talked to him, and said this "crazy" chick wants 500GB HD for her VM. (okay, I didn't use crazy :p) He was like, "why she need so much?" I was like, she said blahblahblahblah. He was like, "oh, that's a lot, I need justification on why she need that much and the such." "okay" So I sent her to his way and then left work, since it was like 4 already.
Got in this morning, got the email from them, 500GB went down to 200GB........ ......... ....... Ummm okay, that's like more than half drop. People just don't know what they want. It's so funny at times.
Anyway, I will chip in another story about my crazy "friend" at work today hehehehe
Soooooooooooooooo, we manage servers at work, and they all rackables. So they are all racked up in racks. So last week, one day, I was showing him how to fix this one issue. The thing that we needed to do is just to change the boot order of the machine. It was booting from the hard drive first, but we want it to boot from the network first. Sooo, simple thing. Reboot -> Bio -> "find that fking boot order" and then change it. For being him, of course he doesn't know where that is. So I was showing him right there right next to me.
Me: This is what we need to do. And that's all we need to do.
Him: Oh okay. Why are we doing that?
Me: To change the boot order, so it can boot from the network first.
Him: ... why?
Me: Well, it's booting from the hard drive first now, We don't want that. We want it to boot from the network first. So when we rebuild the machine, it can use the auto rebuild process.
Him: Oh, okay.
So off to work we went, and then about half an hour later. I was being nice and all, so I asked how he's doing.
Me: How's going?
Him: Good. But I am still a bit confuse why are we doing this. (I think he actually said, what purpose this is?)
Me: ........... (!$%$$$^&!!!!!......) It is to change the boot order. So when we ask it to rebuild on the auto server, the machine will be able to check if there's any jobs on the network first, and boot to that if there is first. AND then boot from the hard drive. (....... shorten other explainations... But pretty much the same thing again)
Him: Oh okay.
For this network boot thing, I have went through with him the day earlier (I think) too. Because we have this tool that we can use to rebuild our servers remotely in lab. (it's super cool lol Made my life so much easier) I explained all the things about that tool to him, how to use it, how to add to it and all. He was giving me this blank fk face....
Me: Do you have any questions or something?
Him: Oh not now, I will ask when I have.
Me: .............
But you can totally tell he was not getting any of them. He was giving that look, "what the F are you talking about" Oh have I mentioned it before? hahaha but it is so freaking weird... Cause I met his other manager once as well, he was doing the same thing!!! I had to like.. stop myself from giggling.. So the thing was, when I was talking to him, he was listening... and like his head just like bobbing? shaking? It's like he trying to give out this "agree" look at the same time, but it looks so freaking weird. It makes me want to slap this head and stop it from moving everytime I see it..... (woooooosaaaaaaaaaa, woooooooosaaaaaaa calming myself hahahaha)
Anyhow, that was that. BUT there was anothing thing during the change thing which made me awed so much.... (I guess he has not failed to do that yet... hahah) So for our servers, there are this two LEDs on them. One on the front, one on the back. The purpose of it you may ask? Take a wild guess!!!!! (if you push the LED, either the one in the front or the back, both will lit up.) So what you say it can use for? So during the course of the changing boot order thing, he had a machine, it was not responding to the keyboard and mouse when he connect to it. So I told him to reboot the machine.
Me: Reboot it and try.
Him: How?
Me: ..... Okay. Push that LED button there, I will go check. (Cause we were working on the back of the machines, so I went to the front and rebooted the machine.)
Him: It's rebooting now.
Me: Yeah.
Him: What is the button for?
Me: .... ....... .............. ................ ..................................... (I was actually paused when he asked that. One thing, cause before all this, when I first showed him how to debug issues on a machine, I had told him you what the LED can be used for already. )
Me: It's there to show you what machine you are working on.
Him: oh.
hmmmmm lol I kinda blank on what else he asked me about it at the time now. But I remembered explaining twice or three times to thim what it is for and all. So in the afternoon, I had to go over to another lab to do some work.
Me: Can you help me finish this 20?
Him: Okay. What do I need to do?
Me: Same thing that you did before.
Few hours later on IM
Him: They are all done now. But one of them it's not responding to the keyboard and mouse.
Me: Have you tried rebooting it?
Him: Yes. But it's still not responding.
Me: hmmm.. That should work after rebooting.
Him: I pushed the button, but it's still the same.
Me: That's weird.
Him: What do you suggest to do next? (He just love this phrase... Oh and another one, "I have a query" WTF is a query!!!!!!)
Me: So you rebooted it and it still not working.
Him: Yes.
Me: (a few seconds later..) How did you reboot it?
Him: I pushed that blue button that you told me earlier.
Me: huh?
Him: The blue button in the back.
Me: (!#!##!%$%$%% So many bad words running through my head that time) That is not the reboot button. It just there to show you the machine you are working on. So you can reboot it in the front.
hmmmm I think he added, I don't get you or something still. But anyhow, I had to explain to him once again that fking button is nothing but to indicate the machine. "You reboot it with the round green button. Not the LED button in the back of the machine"
Him: Oh okay. I will do that now.
Me: ....
Him: It's rebooting now. (few minutes later..) It's done.
Me: Thanks. (closed the window and then try not to break anything ... lol)
And that's not all, when I was there working on those machines in the morning. When rebooting the machine, you have to hit F10 to get into the bio setting on these. So I told him that. Then I saw he kept hitting F10... As soon as there's an image on the screen. And that's like totally interrupting the rebooting. Cause I have times that he started the reboot earlier than me, than I would get it done before him. So I told him.
Me: You don't have to press F10 the whole time.
Him: When do I need to press it then?
Me: ........... (wtf he can't read???) You only need to press it once when it's asking you to..........
Him: Okay.
Then after about 10 minutes later, he was hitting F10 like there's no tomorrow again. I was like.... Fxck it.... lol So like while I was there, let see... I did like 60 or something and he did 40 or so. And each process takes about 3 to 5 minutes or something like that.... Gawd, he's so fast....
lol I actually told my aunt them about the button thing... They were like, "you probably explaining too much. And you lost him." I was like... "...... How hard is to understand the simple words like... "that button does NOTHING but to show you what machine you are on"

Expensive dinner...
haha I been slacking off again. I will update it with my dinner on last Friday... hehe
Probably not to many people, but it was really the most expensive dinner I have been to so far. lol We went to John Howie Steak House on Friday night. We as in me, my manager, my manager's manager. lol and 3 other guys from another team. It was titled "Teambuild" lol..
So it all started back maybe a month or so. I got this email for requesting to put a new machine in our old lab. So I chatted with the guy ect ect and figured out it was all approved from the manager and the such already. So everything was just straight forward. They ordered their machine and all. And holy cow when I got their invoice about the machine they are going to get. I was awed. lol It's by far the most expensive machine we have in lab yet. Well... if we don't count those other couple huge things.. Then yes, this machine is the most expensive we have in lab. lol It netted 42k total or so. It includes 3 pieces. The server and two drive arrays. 42k!!!!!!!!!!! lol
But anyway, when the machine arrived, that was the first time I met those peeps from other team. So we were talking, and they asked me, what do you think about this machine? My first reaction was like.. "It's a DELL...." lol I am not much a fan of the DELL servers in lab. I think 95% of all servers are HPs now. And I have awesome services from HP. But not the DELLs, they are pretty lame. Anyhow, I helped them finished setting up like the next day. They were all happy and all. The guy was like, "Let us take you out for lunch or something next week as a thanks." I was like, "nah, it's okay." It's nothing really that difficult and all. lol
So early last week, my manager was like, "there's a meeting this Friday I want to to attend too." I was like, "oh? Okay. When and with who?" He was like, "around 1:30 or so and with the Xbox guys." I was like, "oh, lunch?" "yeah, how'd you know?" I was like, "they told me last week." lol (mr. nose picking guy is not part of the invitation :p) But then on Friday morning, my manager came and told me that they have changed the time to the evening. So lunch became dinner. And I asked him where we going to meet at? He was like, "John Howie" I have never been to there before. They opened it when the new Microsoft Office building opened over at Bravern. It's like a mall over there, kinda... It's like office building, then there are apartments next to that building or something like that. Like super expensive apartments.... LOL You can like buy huge house with the money of one apartment there... They have Louis Vuitton and other expensive stores around that "mall" like place lol ( I have like walked by it many times, but I have never gone in there lol... Totally can't afford anything in there...)
Oops, got side tracked. So yeah, dinner at John Howie's. lol if I was not with all of them, I would have taken some pics and stuff... But it was kinda weird if I did. LOL Anyway, dinner was good and real expensive. lol I actually went on their website and checked the menu during the day... I was talking to Johnny, "someone is taking us out for dinner tonight. What should I eat? The most expensive thing in the menu? or not that expensive?" lol Well, being Johnny, he was like, "Of course the most expensive thing, and then get some to go." I was like........ "you are crazy :p"
So dinner went through just fine, got out of there almost 9. lol Oh and I got 3 Xbox games from them... but I don't have an Xbox... Maybe I should ask them for an xbox 360 next time :p What do you think? lol They got the games for free appearently...

The new guy sitting next to me - Part 2
haha Here's part 2 of my ranting. Seriously... This guy has been bugging me so much lately. He pretty much could not fail to annoyed me everyday!
First thing first, if you have read the last post about him... He still picks his nose. YES!!! STILL!!! Every single day, just picks and picks... flicks and flicks... Gross and gross!!!
Now, let see where should I start.... so many craps to talk about him. hmmm So I guess he's going to move to a new house. So last week, one morning, I was making a couple phone calls here and there, and helping my dad set up a couple appointment and so. After I was done, that guy was like, can you help me call this number? I tried calling, but no one is picking up. I was like, "eh?" I looked and it was like a 1800 number. So I was like, what is it for? He was like, "It's my internet service, I want to disconnect it on 2/28, we will move at that time. Can you call for me?" I was like.. "..." He then like, "just use my moible" (I was really not wanting to take over that phone... reason? Just check the first part :p lol) But I was still nice enough to took the phone and started calling. 1800 number, of course the first parts are the automation answering system. So I have no freaking clue what he was talking about "that no one is picking up". So I went through the selections, and after like 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally came answered. Anyhow, just went through all the security questions here and there, and finally was able to finished it. So it was done, I gave him back the phone and went to the bathroom and washed my ear and face.... hahahahah Is it bad of me to do that?
Anyhow, so that was first one of it. After about 30 minutes or so. He was like, "are you busy? Do you need some help?" I was like, "nah, I am okay." He was like, "but I need your help." I was like... "..." He was like, I need to call the phone company and get that disconnected at the 28th also.. blahblabhllahb... So again... Then I helped again... (gawd, I am so freaking nice... Or I just donno how to say no... I suppose) But anyhow, everything was going through okay. Got the confirmation number for the request and all. Gave the cell phone back to him, went to the bathroom and washed my ear and face again. LOL So that was about it for that one day. But guess what happened the next morning? He was like, "oh I didn't get any confirmation from the internet disconnection. Can we call to get the confirmation number?" I was like, we?!??!?!? "Why? It is done already..." He was like, "but I didn't get the confirmation number. How do I know if they really get it set up?" .... "It is done, everything is set up fine. If you want, you can call them and see if they can give you a confirmation number or email them." Then he looked at me... "okay, where do I email them at?" I was like... "............... They should have address or contact on their website" "This one?" he asked. I was like, yes that one. He was like, "what should I write?" "something like... regarding my internet cancellation confirmation ect.." He was like, "can you type it for me?" HOLY @!#@#! I looked over at him, (more like a stare I guess...) I was like... just type what I just said... He then just moved his chair back and type it please. I was like...................... (what the F did I get myself into?) So I typed it anyway... So that was done. And now guess what's next? So they have the equitments from that internet provider, they gave an address so you can either mail the modem back or drop it off at the office. He was like, "Do we have to send the modem back? My friend said why not just ask them to come pick it up at the apartment." I was like... holy shit, will this ever end?!?!? So I was like, "no, I don't think they will. Cause they are not going to come all the way out to just pick your modem up. They will help you set it up and all, but for returns they are not going to come out to get it for you." He was like, "how do you know?" . . . . . . "Cause I had internet/cable service before, and that's what you have to do." Then I just turned away and plug in my headphone, into my music world.
This is not all the personal things he had asked me to do too. Like before, he asked me to go to the bank with him. I went, cause I thought why not? I can use a walk. (I was pretty much just stood there and did nothing when he talked to the peep there) Then two trips to AT&T. The first time, he was going to recharge his pre-paid card. Second time was freaking awakward as F. (second time I went cause I was going to the Sephora for some samples LOL so I went with him.) Now this visit to AT&T, it was pretty crazy. So he was going to change his prepaid to like a monthly plan. He was going to take the 40 bucks plan. He was ready and all. So at AT&T, at the counter, the sales was explaining to him, "yes, this is our lowest plan. And here's what you going to pay monthly. 40+20(about tax + other service fee and all)" Now this nose-picking-dood was like, "WHAT? Why? The guy from last time, he told me is 40 for a month" "Yes, the plan is 40 bucks a month, but with the fees and tax, you will be paying about this much." "Why? But that's not what the other guy said! Soo, my "friend" saw what I was doing, and he wanted to get one too. (he had told me, there are 3 things he needs to get. A watch, laptop and camera. The watch, he already got from Fry's one time that my manager took him as well. A ugly as F watch... A digital watch with many functionalities... oh oh oh, and guess what? He did not know how to even start it... He just handed me and asked me to help him set it up at that day too...) Got a bit side tracked.. lol Back to the laptop. Sooooooo he wanted to get one, he saw I was looking at laptops, so he asked me to help him look for one too, and let him know if there's any good deals. So being a nice guy and all, I say why not, I am just surfing around deal news anyway. So I sent him a couple links the first time. Remember, this is the first times I have sent deals to him. Well, he asked me what's a good laptop out there, that's cheap and good. He doesn't want anything that over the top good, and he doesn't want anything that's old (i.e old procs) He just wants something medium for internet and stuffs like that. I was like.. how much you willing to pay for it? He was like... "my friend got this HP one during black friday, balblhahbalb for only 450? (or 500 can't really remember the exact cost now lol) So he was wanting to spend about that much too... (but look at it, that was during Black Friday, for crying out loud, gosh) So I found him some i3 machines around 500 to 600 or so... Then he was like, are they good? I was like, eh... for what you going to use for, probably. (OMG, I am like losing my mind over this hahaha Cause there are so many times to keep track of haha)

So there's another one from HP that day too, so I linked him for that one. He was like, "ooooh, HP one. Is it good? What does it has?" "Check the specification" "where is it?" ........... I was like... "scroll down... and go to specification...?" So he was checking it out, and asked again, "is it good? should I order it?" I was like.. "I am not going to tell you if you should get it or not. I just help you find them. I am not going to give you my opionion on it if you should get it or not. I don't want to get blamed if you don't like it later." He was like, "no, it's okay. Please go ahead and say it if I should or not" "NO, I am not going to. Just decide it yourself" He was still fucking asking me if he should get it or not. He was like, "it's not making sense to me. Why are they selling more than Newegg? Newegg get the computer from HP, they should sell it for more. But this is not the case, HP is selling more than Newegg now. Why?" "......... I don't know why they selling it more. They can sell them at whatever (the fuck) they want. I was like, "yes" He was like, "oh good good, but you are not helping me find mine" HOLY !#!$#! I raised my voice, "HUH??!?! WHAT ARE YOu talking about? I found you at least 10 laptops already." He was like, "but they are not the cheapest and best" I was like... WHAT THE FUCK... (okay, I did not say that out loud. I still have my manners :p) "They ARE good computer at the price that you are willing to pay!" So I just stopped talking to him on this subject.. he continue to say something else. But I just tuned him out. Oh yeah, this was at the same day of the Kohl's 99% off sale day... lol So I was looking at what they have. And FUCK, he had the gut to say this to me, "why are you looking at these things? There are nothing good." I was like, "huh?" He was like, "you shouldn't spend time looking at these, you should help me look for more computers. You are not helping me getting a laptop" ....... again I said, "I already helped you found lots, you just haven't picked yours." He was like, "but you didn't say if I should get or not." I was like... WTF..... I just smiled and tuned him out again. And then probably two days later or something, I was surfing around best buy site, and they have a HP one for 470. Everything he needed... cheap, 4GB RAM, 500GB HD i5(? I think). Just like everything he needed, and from the store. So I linked him again. He was looking at it again, "should I book this?" Again, I said, "I am not saying anything on it" He was fucking asking the same questions all over again if it's good, should I get it ect.... All I did was smile and no answers. He was like, "where is best buy?" (Best buy is actually pretty close to where we work...) I was like, "search for it, they have a store locator" He was like, "how far away is it?" I was like... "SEARCH for IT". And holy shit, guess how long it was taking him to just search that? More than 5 mintues, he just stare at the screen and look at me, "I can't find it". I was like................... ................ .................... "here......" So I moved his mouse pointer probably 300 pixs up... ... .... But anyhow, that's pretty much all the laptop talk now.... He still have not bought it yet... Oh give you another dumbass question from him, "Will the computer cost less later?" .... . . ............. ...........................................
Also, got my hair cut couple weeks ago. So he was like, "oh you got a hair cut, how much is it?" I was like, "yeah, 10 bucks." He was like, "really? I need a hair cut too." I was thinking... You are not going to ask me to take you... I said, "there should be places around here." He was like, "no, there are no places to get hair cut here." I was like... "are you sure? " So I went on Bing and did a hair cut search.... And bunch popped up and like 5 of them near where he lives. So I sent him the search. He was like, "but they are not cheap like 10 dollars you have." I was like... how the fuck would you know? You haven't even been to them... He then asked, "what are you doing after work today? Can you take me to Seattle where you get the hair cut?" I just silent... ignored his question. He was like, "Do you know what bus I need to take back from Seattle?" I was like, "I don't know, I have never taken the bus before." That's part of the reason that I don't want to take him. One thing, I don't want to deal with him taking the bus back. And if he can't find it, I don't want to drive him all the way back to Belluve. I mean, come on, I just work with him and he's NOT even near worth that much of my time. Another thing is, if I take him to the hair cut place, I might have to stay with him for the hair cut. And no thanks, not worth my time. So I just ignored him and saying I need to go home and help my aunt get some stuff. So that's about it for that day. But again today, he was like, "you are not helping me get my laptop and you are not helping me get my hair cut still." Fuck, that really annoys me, so I was like, "there are places around here to get hair cuts too" He was like, "But they are 20 bucks, why should I spend 20 bucks on the hair cut, when over at yours is 10?" Again, I turned and tuned him off, and annoyed.......

Now, let see where should I start.... so many craps to talk about him. hmmm So I guess he's going to move to a new house. So last week, one morning, I was making a couple phone calls here and there, and helping my dad set up a couple appointment and so. After I was done, that guy was like, can you help me call this number? I tried calling, but no one is picking up. I was like, "eh?" I looked and it was like a 1800 number. So I was like, what is it for? He was like, "It's my internet service, I want to disconnect it on 2/28, we will move at that time. Can you call for me?" I was like.. "..." He then like, "just use my moible" (I was really not wanting to take over that phone... reason? Just check the first part :p lol) But I was still nice enough to took the phone and started calling. 1800 number, of course the first parts are the automation answering system. So I have no freaking clue what he was talking about "that no one is picking up". So I went through the selections, and after like 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally came answered. Anyhow, just went through all the security questions here and there, and finally was able to finished it. So it was done, I gave him back the phone and went to the bathroom and washed my ear and face.... hahahahah Is it bad of me to do that?
Anyhow, so that was first one of it. After about 30 minutes or so. He was like, "are you busy? Do you need some help?" I was like, "nah, I am okay." He was like, "but I need your help." I was like... "..." He was like, I need to call the phone company and get that disconnected at the 28th also.. blahblabhllahb... So again... Then I helped again... (gawd, I am so freaking nice... Or I just donno how to say no... I suppose) But anyhow, everything was going through okay. Got the confirmation number for the request and all. Gave the cell phone back to him, went to the bathroom and washed my ear and face again. LOL So that was about it for that one day. But guess what happened the next morning? He was like, "oh I didn't get any confirmation from the internet disconnection. Can we call to get the confirmation number?" I was like, we?!??!?!? "Why? It is done already..." He was like, "but I didn't get the confirmation number. How do I know if they really get it set up?" .... "It is done, everything is set up fine. If you want, you can call them and see if they can give you a confirmation number or email them." Then he looked at me... "okay, where do I email them at?" I was like... "............... They should have address or contact on their website" "This one?" he asked. I was like, yes that one. He was like, "what should I write?" "something like... regarding my internet cancellation confirmation ect.." He was like, "can you type it for me?" HOLY @!#@#! I looked over at him, (more like a stare I guess...) I was like... just type what I just said... He then just moved his chair back and type it please. I was like...................... (what the F did I get myself into?) So I typed it anyway... So that was done. And now guess what's next? So they have the equitments from that internet provider, they gave an address so you can either mail the modem back or drop it off at the office. He was like, "Do we have to send the modem back? My friend said why not just ask them to come pick it up at the apartment." I was like... holy shit, will this ever end?!?!? So I was like, "no, I don't think they will. Cause they are not going to come all the way out to just pick your modem up. They will help you set it up and all, but for returns they are not going to come out to get it for you." He was like, "how do you know?" . . . . . . "Cause I had internet/cable service before, and that's what you have to do." Then I just turned away and plug in my headphone, into my music world.

Monday already...
Weekend is always not long enough...
Sister came up here for the weekend. Her computer was being a bit of pain last week. One of her professors is such a great Microsoft costomer. They have to get and use Office 2010 for the class. (well, I guess that's what that class is anyway...) but still... haha But anyhow, so I had a copy of it. I gave her the key over the web and have her go download the installer off the web. But somehow, her machine was not liking it and kept erroring out. So first I thought it was the pirated version of 2007 was messing with it. lol So I had her got uninstalled it, then try to re-install 2010. But that wasn't the issue neither. So she was stuck without any office to work on. So she brought the computer up during the weekend and I helped her wiping it and re-installed windows and Office 2010. (I am so nice... lol)
We went to have some Pho on Saturday with the twins, grandma and great aunt. Then took the kids and grandma home then we went to buy stuffs for hotpoting. lol Bought so much food once again.... Beef, lamb, tofu, noodle, veggies, mushrooms, fishballs, shrimp... Oh we also bought things to make potstickers for my sister to take back. It was pretty fun though. But of course we didn't end up finishing all the food. So I had to do it again last night. lol Not complaining though. I love hotpoting also. But it just fat.... Gained like 2 lbs.... 1 week of no food ahead of me. (I can do it!!)
Finally today, they are going to start fixing the water leaking/flooding issue in the living room. Hopefully it won't take too long. They are going to break the floor and install some pipes there and let the water run out to the yard or something. So I think when I go home today, half of my living room floor is going to be destroyed... (well maybe not half, but still a bit...)
Oh yeah, one of another most exciting things that I did last week was that I finally ordered a new laptop. lol Maybe not very very exciting, since it cost me 800 bucks. (Thanks to Diana!! That she will sign it off for me, and that saved me like 80 bucks almost of tax hehe) Just have to go down to Oregon to pick it up when it's ready. Hopefully soon. Right now, I think the estimate time is 2/16/11. Hope it will be done sometime next month, cause I have to go back home sometime in Feb. So it would be great that I can pick it up on the way or something. It will save me a trip. haha Here's the config for the machine. It's not too bad I think. Lenovo is pretty nice also, they let me upgraded my RAM for free. Previously, I ordered mine like the day before they have the free RAM upgrade available. It was suppose to be 2-DIMM of 8500DDR3. So I called them the next day, and see if I can still get the upgrade or if I have re-submit a new order. (it's pretty crazy too, they like have no option for you to cancel your order online lol.) So now I have 1-DIMM 10600DDR3!!! Meaning I would only have to get one extra DIMM if I want to make it 8GB!!!! hehehe

Still haven't told my sister that I bought a new laptop yet though hahahaha When she was up here in the weekend, we brought up the conversation about getting a new laptop again. Cause the plan has always been I get a new laptop and give the one I have now to her. She was like, "have you looked into a new laptop yet?" I was like, "nah, I don't want to get a new one yet." lol And she goes like "..." But I told her I will give her this one when I see her next time. So yeah, hopefully my computer will be here before I see her. Otherwise I will have to break the promise again lol. (finger crossed!!)

Bored at work today
Still not feeling well today. Stuffy nose is horrible. I want to go outside and get cold. I'd rather with runny nose than stuffy nose. :(
I was a bit bored at work today (at least the first part of the day was...), the iTouch cam is pretty fun. haha Took a few pics without my glasses, not really use to seeing myself with glasses though. haha

Horrible Monday
Weekend is just never long enough. Here is Monday already. : sigh:
What did I do over the weekend? Let see..... Saturday, made some pasta thingy that I bought from Costco. They are pretty tasty. 8.99 you get like 4lb(?) of pasta, veggies and Chicken. Just have to dump everything into a pan then 1/2 cup of water. I usually add a tad more, cause I just don't think 1/2 cup is enough LOL Then great aunt made some sweet and sour pork ribs. They were pretty good too!.
Sunday morning - sick. Had sore throat. Probably catch a cold. Not very fun. Fastforward to Monday.
Sooo not too fun today. Still sick. Sore throat and all. Got up in the morning and drove all the way to work, then realized I have forgotten the most important thing, even more important than my wallet. (cause I forgot that too LOL) About half way to work, I had realized that I forgot my wallet already, but meh. Didn't really care that much, so I just kept on going. Then when I got to work, no cardkey!!!! Can't get into the garage, can't get into the lab. Can't work. :sigh: So I had to turn the car around and drove all the way back home. It was pretty crazy too. The cardkey just drop right out of the dryer, when I open the dryer door. hahaha Appearently I have washed it with my jeans the other night.... Only if I wasn't that lazy to take the laundry out.... :sigh: Then I wouldn't have to wasted my time driving around this morning. So sad...
But it was also a good thing that today is Monday though, cause I think everyone just didn't want to go to work yet. So I actually didn't hit too much traffic driving back and forth. Only this guy, this one old guy... He was one crazy mofo... I was driving along, then sunddenly hit traffic. I was like, "lameeee, finally hit traffic..." Then I kept on driving for a bit, looked ahead, and saw it was totally empty in front of this one car.. He was going probably 30mph on a 60.. Like WTH... There were like 5 cars between me and that car. And everyone started passing him on the middle lane. Yes, that jerk was on the fast lane. I did the same when I pass him on the middle lane. I looked over and try to see who the f is driving this slow in the morning, blocking everyone. Old guy, white hair, and what was he doing? On the phone.... That's the time where you just wonderinig where the heck are the cops when they are needed? These are the people needed to be fined. For going too slow on the high way and on the phone!! I mean come on now, if you going to drive slow, then move to the other freaking lane. Actually, just don't drive, cause you will be blocking people on the right lane as well. Gawd!!! People should just learn how to drive. -.-
